Moisture Curing Polyurethane 1K Impregnation Primer

Product Description

It is an one compenant, solvent base, moisture curing, low viscosity, flexible polyurethane resin-based impregnation primer. ıt gives protective effect at the end of the reacted with floor and air moisture, as penetrating the applied surface.

• As a impregnation primer before application of epoxy or polyurethane top-coats on the concrete, cement or epoxy mortars for floors subject to medium to heavy load,
• As a impregnation primer before application of parquet adhesive,
• As a concrete impregnation primer for consolidation of concrete before top-coats of polyurethane mortar, epoxy or polyurethane top-coats application,
• As a water insulation primer for tile, ceramic etc. coatings’ joint,
• As a reinforce and water insulation increase primer for clay or brick floor coatings.

In a single layer 150 ‐ 200 gr / m2 should be applied. This coverage is based on practical application by roller onto a smooth surface in optimum conditions. . Pores on the surface, temperature, humidity, application method and finish required varies depending on the amount of consumption.
